Where do you ship?

I ship to the UK. Can ship abroad but will not cover loss or breakages, cannot ship to Australia.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

I use a type of Perspex now instead of glass to stop breakages,  if  the customer wants glass I can use it but I cannot  cover damage.  Customers can get frame glazed at their end if preferred.

What courier service do you use?

I usually use UPS.

How long does it take for items to arrive?

Normally takes 24hrs from when I send parcel. Parcel needs a signature.

What happens if I don't receive my item?

If item doesn’t arrive the customer will have the tracking details to see where the item is.  Plus the contact details for the courier company,  so they can be contacted directly.

Please remember that parcel needs a signature.

How much is shipping?

Prices on website include postage to UK mainland. If customer wants to collect from me I will re-adjust price.

Do you offer free shipping?

Prices on website include postage to UK mainland. If customer wants to collect from me I will readjust price.

Do you put receipts/invoices in the package?

If requested I can put invoice in parcel.
